← Today's game

A daily clinical case. No revision decks, no question banks. Just diagnoses to land.

We built these games because medical exam prep is repetitive. Working through question banks builds knowledge, but pattern recognition, the real engine of clinical reasoning, is better trained through a puzzle than a flashcard. As it turns out, they're also genuinely useful for exams.

Mon–Thu

Wardle Steps

Six guesses to land the diagnosis. One clinical clue unlocks with each wrong answer, arriving in the order you'd receive them: history, observations, examination, bloods, imaging. A new case every Monday to Thursday.

Fridays

Wardle Dash

One presenting syndrome, sixty seconds. Type as many differentials as you can. Rarer diagnoses score more. Every Friday.

Different streams for different exams

There are different focuses depending on what's useful for you. We're starting with General Medicine and MRCP, and are working on more, including MRCPCH and MRCOG.
